1. The service
Arena AI is a platform to build, test, publish and run AI agents, offered by Triunfo Aureo Ltda. (CNPJ 51.773.088/0001-15) ("Triunfo Áureo", "we") to organizations ("clients"). These terms govern the use of the platform by clients and the people they authorize ("users"). Where a signed contract between the client and Triunfo Áureo exists, the contract prevails over these terms wherever they differ.
2. Accounts and access
- Access is granted by Triunfo Áureo or by the client's administrator. Each user must keep their credentials confidential and is responsible for what is done with them.
- API keys issued for the client's systems are the client's responsibility, to be stored securely and revoked when no longer used.
3. Client content
- The client keeps ownership of everything it puts on the platform (instructions, messages, files, documents and data) and of the answers its agents produce.
- The client authorizes us to process that content only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use client content to train AI models.
- The client warrants that it has the right to put that content on the platform and have it processed, including third parties' personal data, on an adequate legal basis.
4. Google Drive and other connected services
The client may connect a Google Drive folder or configure integrations with its own systems. In those cases:
- Arena AI accesses only what the client picks and authorizes, and only for that client's agents, as described in the Privacy Policy;
- the use of those services is also subject to their providers' own terms (for example, Google's);
- the connection can be removed at any time, in Arena AI or in the connected service's account.
5. AI-generated answers
Agents use AI models, which can produce incomplete, outdated or wrong answers even after being tested. Answers do not replace a professional's judgment. The client decides in which processes it uses each agent, sets the appropriate human review, and does not use answers as the sole basis for decisions with significant legal or financial effects on people.
6. Acceptable use
Arena AI may not be used to:
- break the law or infringe third parties' rights, including privacy, intellectual property and data protection;
- try to access another organization's data, bypass access controls or test the platform's security without written permission;
- send malicious code, overload the platform or send unsolicited bulk messages;
- uses that the AI model providers' policies prohibit.
We may suspend access that breaches these terms or puts the platform at risk, notifying the client whenever possible.
7. Pricing
Prices, usage limits and payment terms are set in each client's proposal or contract. Usage of AI providers paid with the client's own credentials is billed directly by those providers.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available and secure, but it may undergo maintenance and failures, including of third-party providers. We may improve or change features; a change that removes something the client depends on is notified reasonably in advance.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triunfo Áureo is not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or indirect damages, nor for decisions made on the basis of agents' answers. Unless the contract says otherwise, Triunfo Áureo's total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the client in the 12 months before the event.
10. Termination
The client may stop using the service as set out in the contract. After termination, data remains available for export for up to 90 days and is then deleted, except what the law requires us to keep.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Unless the contract or a mandatory consumer protection rule provides otherwise, the courts of the district of Triunfo Áureo's registered seat have jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top, and notify clients of material changes before they take effect.
